Carbon - Lab Webshop
Carbon Lab is the care series from Collonil especially for the sneaker community. High performance protection and cleaning for the special needs of sneaker heads.
The challenge
For the sneaker-enthusiast target group, an independent channel was to be created that makes the relevant products from Collonil directly accessible. Here, as with all fast moving consumer goods, it was important to create a shopping experience that was as intuitive and simple as possible.
The solution
Another storefront in the look of the Carbon Lab series was created and integrated into the existing Shopware framework of D2C store and B2B merchant platform.
The benefit
The multi-channel approach allows the customer Collonil to respond individually to his target groups, but to have everything in one hand in the backend. Customer management, category management, interfaces.
